Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During busy periods, such as product launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail. While we will always do our best to help if any issues arise, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays caused by postal disruptions, severe weather or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address before your order has been dispatched, but once it has been shipped we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@marniemadeit.com within 7 days of the tracked delivery date so we can investigate the issue and help resolve it.
